RENT RESTRICTION
ACT AGAIN EXTENDED (Parliamentary Reporter.) WILLING'!ON. this day. ' Srecessive statutes have continued the operation of the Kent Restriction Act passed during the war, and last session’s clause provided that this legislation should cease to operate after January 1, 1929. A clause in the Finance Act introduced by the Government last night repeals the former limited extension, and leaves the legislation operative until there is a specific determination by another Act.
