Rohcrtson-DiT was held by Hie immigration authorities on information from Ottawa, that he had entered < anada illegally. Orr, formerly fiasco,- or a large Presbyterian church in Vancouver, was suspended after an inquiry into bis conduct with a lady member of the cortgrega tion. Later tie was made co-respondent in tlie divorce action of Gordon Fleck. The- court hold that adultery had been proved and granted an absolute divorce, with costs against Orr. The pastor later assaulted the lawyer for Fleck, and was fined £2O, or two months’ imprisonment. Ilis wife was the subject of a mysterious assault in hi'r home after the divorce case. There are no details of who laid the charge at Ottawa. Orr entered Canada from Wellington in 1926. He was arrested while alfcnding a meeting ot the commission to decide if his suspension should be permanent.
