LONDON, Dec. 12
hi the House of Commons, Lieut.-Col. C. Headlam informed Mr. Wedgwood Benu that to the end of November, £615,CC0 had been spent on the Singapore naval works. This was covered by tho following contributions: Manfrkong £250,000: Federated Malay States, £854.003; and New Zealand. £IBO,OOO, which had been appropriated towards the cost, of those works and akso the new floating dock.
