ENFORCEMENT OF LAW
(Special lo the Herald.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Board of Health has derided that a letter be sent to the Zealand branch of the British Medical Association asking the association to use its iiilliience with practising members of the profession to ensure that doctors would carry out their duties under Ihe law more strictly in regard to v* nerval diseases. Dr. Wail submitted a report on such diseases, and stated thai the present legal machinery, although imperfect, lias proved of definite value. It was decided that suitable extracts from the report: should be published in the newspapers in order to educate the public.
