Mr. Gill, a member of the Anthropological Society, declares that a scarcity of water, following a prolonged drought, is responsible for ICO aborigines dying in Northern and Central Australia. The Federal Government should afford succour by taking natives to permanent water supplies for a time and distributing Hour and provisions.
