A 30 YARDS TUNNEL SCOOPED OUT BY HAND (United Service.) (Received Nov. 21. 10 a.m.) WARSAW. Nov. 19. k By scooping a tunnel 30yds long, over 3ft- high, with their hands. 16 convicts escaped from Grudzindiz prison,' Pomerania, in a manner reminiscent of the Count of Monte Cristo. Their absence was not noticed for several hours. Some of the fugitives raided a tailor's shop and secured civilian clothes, then stole a motor ear. None have been recaptured,
