Apropos of a New Zealand report that the Lord Mayor of London will visit New Zealand at the conclusion of his present term of office, it is officially stated that there is no foundation for the report. It probably is based oil the wish Sir Chas. Batlio once expressed that, be might one day have the opportunity of .seeing New Zealand.
