COMPENSATION TO SLATER

Sir ,T. Gilmour, replying in the House of Commons to the Rev. C. Stephen., said he could not make a statement regarding' the compensation to be paid to Oscar Slater. He thought it better that lie first have a reasonable chance of making a claim.
