GRAND OPERA BROADCAST
• Arrangements are being mado for the broadcasting of a uumbr of excerpts from popular operas during the present seasoil cf grand opera in Sydney. It is not known as yet which of the operas will bo put on the air by station 2FC, but it can be taken as practically certain that Toti clal Monte and other leaders in the different parts will be heard by radio listeners this month. When the opera, broadcasts were made from SLO they wero put on the air with little prior notice, so that only a small percentage of listeners were permitted to enjoy the treat that was provided for them, "it is hoped by listeners in New South Wales that they will get sufficient notice of the broadcast to be made this month by the N.S.W. Broadcasting Company.
