EX-BANKER'S EXTRAVAGANCE (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, tins .lay. An information by the Official Assignee against James Douglas Adams, a retired bank manager, late of Levin, thai his bankruptcy was caused by gambling, drunkenness, or unjustifiable extravagance, was heard' at, the Magistrate'.-! Court, totday. Adams, who did not desire to be tried summarily, pleaded guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
