THE SUMMER TIME BILL (Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. Mr T. K. Sidey's Summer Time Bill is the shortest on record. Its operative clause contains one and a-half lines, and simply proposes to repeal that portion of the original Act which stated that Summer time shall operate till September, 1928, and no longer unless Parliament otherwise determines.
