AIR LINE TO INDIA. RUSSO-O-ERMAN SERVICE (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.! LONDON, April 13. The Morning Post's aviation';; correspondent says that the definite establishment of a Kabul-Taskent air service by Russo-German interests destroys British hopes of being the first to connect Britain and India by air. Already Russo-Gcwnan lines run from Moscow to Busbire via Teheran, while the proposed British Cairo-Karachi line failed to materialise owing to difficulties in Persia. ~ "' ..; ".;','• ■■"„■ / Meanwhile Imperial Airways : is continuing its blind alley line, Gairo-Basra, which is almost useless as a portion or the proposed Cairo-Karachi route. With the establishment of fully equipped aero-, dromes controlled by Russo-German/in-terests carrying lines as far as Busliire and Kabul, it will not be long before they accomplish the final stage to India,.
