HUNDREDS DROWNED IN CHINA
PEKIN, Feb. 28. • "China's sorrow," the Yellow River, is on the rampage again, according to reports reaching the Chinese international Relief Famine Commission today. Tho river broke its banks in the Litsinghsicn district. Province of Shantung, near its mouth. Eighty villages were inundated. Twenty thousand persons axe homeless Despatches to Chenups said hundreds of persons were drowned, but added no dot ails.
