. INQUEST ON VICTIMS. (Per Press Association.) HAMILTON, last nighk An inquest opened to-day into the circumstances ' surrounding the death of John Ward, 25, and Walter Thornton Reynolds* 27, the victims of the double fatality at Hamilton on tho night of October 15, when a car driven by John Blair, 19, collided with their motorcycle, Ward being killed outright, and Reynolds succumbing .one and a-half hours ..afterwards from terrible injuries. Evidence was given concerning the position of the vehicles after the impact, and the relative speed of the car. Tho proceedings were adjourned by tho coroner, Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., and further evidence is U> be heard.
