HARRIS STREET.
(To tho Editor of the Herald.)
Sii', —May I trespass on your valuable space to draw attention to the dangerous state of that portion of Harris street laid down with chips or finely crushed metal. Besides, being most, dillicult for cyclists to vide on, it is also highly dangerous. 1 know of one case where a young lady fell unci hurt her kneo through her machine skidding under her when trying to negotiate this portion of the road. A few hours' work with a road roller or some blinding material placed en it would be much appreciated by cyclists and others having occasion to use this road these dark nights.-! am, etc., RATEPAYER,
