PAYMENTS BY RESULTS
PROTEST AGAINST AWARD (Received July 11, 2 p.m.) MELBOURNE, July 11. At a meeting of 1500 members of the Engineering Union the members pledged themselves to refuse to work overtime after next Thursday unless paid in accordance 'with the old award; also not to accept any system of payment by results.
