SUPPORT FROM SEAMEN (Australian and N.7j. O.Wo Association.) (Received Julv 11, :t p.m.) LONDON, July 10. There- is considerable bitterness in Labor circles as a result of the executive of the Seamen's Union, by 13 voles to 12, subscribing £IO,OOO to assist in the formation of new mint 1 unions pioneered after the strike by Mr. G. A. Spencer, Labor Commoner for Broxtow, Nottinghamshire. It is significant that Mi'. Hnvolock "Wilson has taken up the position of director of publicity for the new Industrial Peace Union.
