CONFERENCE CONCLUDED (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.! (Received Julv H. 2 p.m.) / LONDON, July 10. Lord Eustace Percy, Minister of Education, in bis closing speech at the Education Congress, paid a tribute to the practical work done, and said Britain should try to work along the lines of the recommendations made by'tho congress. On the motion of Dr. Frank Tate, Australia, the conference sent a message of loyalty to His Majesty, expressing the conviction that education was one of the greatest factors in providing mutual knowledge and fostering active Empire friendships The next conference will be held in 1931.
