The Daily News says: “It appears that Sic George Richardson’s administration m Samoa has aroused consider able indignation. The list of grievances certainly requires investigation. It is stated that old chiefs were banished, and thus heiedilary traditions were outraged in a way to make Robert Louis Stevenson turn in his grave. 'the charges may be exaggerated, but it. is to he hoped that, llie British Government will prosecute an early inquiry.'
