GISBORNE BOROUGH COUNCIL NOTICE OF INTENTION TO STRIKE AND LEVY A CONSOLIDATED RATE FOR THE YEAR 1927-28. "PURSUANT to provisions of "The M.C. Art. 1920," "The Rating Act, 1925," and "The Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1926," notice is hereby given that the Gisborne Borough Council will, at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council, to be held on Tuesday, July 12, 1927, at 7.30 p.m., make and levy a Consolidated Rate, for the annual period commencing on April 1, 1927. and ending on March 31, 1928, on the rateable value on the Valuation Roll of all rateable property within the whole of the Borough of Gisborne (on the,basis of the unimproved value), pavafjle in one instalment upon the loth day of July, 1927, such Consolidated Rate over the various defined portions of the Borough of Gisborne being as follows: OLD GISBORNE, • WTIATAUPOKO, AND KAITI ARRAS OF THE BOROUGH OF GISBORNE.
