lIOTELKEEPEE PINED (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Alexander Ratray, a botelkeeper of C'hristchurch, was to-day fined £2O for using a vyhisky bottle from which the original label had been removed to a bottle of another brand. The offence took place on the occasion of the recent races at Trentham. Hilda Nichols, licensee of Quinn's Post Hotel, Wallacrville, on a similar charge, was similarly fined;
