Li a speech to the Hospitals' Association on Victoria's charities, Inspector Love declared that the State aid voluntary hospitals did not mean state interference. The hospitals greatly benefited thereby. "For Heaven 's sake do not allow your hospitals to be nationalised. It would make your blood run cold to see howNew Zealand hospital costs have mounted since the money came in automatically."
