I)e Valera has obtained the opinion of three leading counsel, including Mr. G. Gavan Duffy, one of the Treaty signatories. TJje opinion is I hat neither the Treaty, the constitution, nor the standing orders of the Dai I allow the exclusion of any member if he refuses to take the oath.
