ADDRESS. BY MR. GROUNDS (Per Press Association.) ROTORUA, this day. At the dairy conference this morning Mr- W. Grounds addressed tlie. conference in defence of the Control Board's policy. The speaker, on rising, received a great' ovation, aIL sections joining. The speech was a repetition of the past policy, aud modifications extensively fortified by statistics. A remarkable personal tribute was given at the close, all rising to sing " For He's a Jolly Good Fellow." Tire afternoon programme consists of fuiither addresses by Mr. Kennedy and Mr. Singleton.
