AIR FORCE ACCIDENTS AUSTRALIAN INQUIRY lElcc. Tel. Copyright—Dnited Press Assn.l (Received May 13, 10 a.m.) MELBOURNE, May 12. The Minister of Defence announces that ho is holding the fullest inquiry into all departments of the Air Force in connection with the number of accidents during the last 12 months. The inquiry will have the fullest scope, and, lie added “there will be no hushing up of any defects in the force.”
