A prospectus that read like a fairy tale, telling of hundreds of thousands of acres of land in Colombia, bearing oil, platinum, gold and precious stones, was used to defraud investors in Illinois and Ohio of nearly 1,000,000 dollurs, postal inspectors charge. Henry •!. Froehlich and Jos. Dvore have been arrested. A strange pace of, whitcspm.thbijgir.y,land, said the prospectus, cooked \in vessels of pure gold Orjjlutimim. The two men, both ,'past Sixty years old, were recently, indicted on ,charges oi using the mails to defraud.
