PENSIONS INCREASE
AUSTRALIAN REPATRIATION (Received March 23, 2 p.m.) MELBOU RNI4, March 23. The Repatriation report, tabled in the Senate, shows that since 1922 the number of in-patients decreased from 2434 to 1560, and outpatients in the same time increased from 4292 to 5891. Last year the pensions totalled £7,343,666," compared with £7,050,982 in the previous yean. The report shows that the annual commitment for pensions is likely to increase for some years. To the close of last year over £48,000,000 had been paid in pensions to ex-soidiers and their dependents. ""- -
