In the sausage case (the Waitomo strike) .judgment was for the defendant Anderson, with costs on the lowest scale, but against Wright £SS was awarded, with costs on the lowest scale. His Honor said Wright had bceii a*.party to and instigator of a successful conspiracy on the part of the firemen to get rid of the plaintiff at all costs.
