DEATH FROM DROWNING (For Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. At the inquest on Mrs. Owen, of Petono, whose body was found in the harbor, her husband, John Joseph Otwen, said his wife went out at 6 a.m. on Sunday and could not be found later. .Samuel Joints said lie saw deceased acting strangely, apparently out of her mind, oil the steps of the Petoiie wharf.
