Mr. J. Mclntosh, this year’s professional golf champion, is paying a visit to relatives in Gisborne. Mr. and Mrs. Wrey Nolan are passengers for Gisborne by the s.s. Remuern diy? at Wellington on January 9. Mr. E. Page, Stipendiary Magistrate pt Wellington, was a visitor to Tokomaru Bay during the holidays. Mr. E. M. Taylor, of Gisborne, has been successful in passing the following University examinations: Banking Law 11., N and bills of exchange. , Sir Maui and Lady Pomare, who ‘have, been tho guests of Mr. Randall Bherrntt at Ngatapa, return to Wellington to-day.
