CHEYLESMORE DIVORCE
FIRST ROUND TO WIFE (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received December 8, noon). LONDON, Dec. 7. The court decided'in favor of Lady Cheylesmoro that the husband was domiciled in England.
Both Lord and Lady Cheylesmor; are proceeding for divorce, the former contending that the domicile of the parties was in Canada, where he owns a ranch, and Lady Cheylesmoro maintaining that the real domicile, was in England! The verdict of the court gives her a preliminary victory in the action. Lady Cheylesmoro, who is a Tasmaninn, was for' merly on the stagO;
