• 43 COMMUNISTS ARKESTED (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association., ROME, Dec. S. Forty-three Communists were arrested at Verona, charged with plotting against the state. The discovery of a cod« showed the police the existence of meeting centres throughout Italy.
