THE PALACE. As only could be expected, the Palace was packed at both screenings on Saturday when Kiehard Dix, recent popularity contest winner, appeared in Jiis | latest picture "Say It Again." Dix plays a part romantic and tilled with delightful mannerisms. The story is brimful of humor and mirth-giving situations. Most, of the action takes place lin Spezonia, a mythical kingdom of ! Europe. In size it. is not much, but is j colorlul, and the costumes are funny. ! "The Cowboy and the Countess," a picture full of action and thrills with a decidedly new angle, is the latest Fox Films production starring Buck Jones, which comes to the Palace Theatre tomorrow, commencing, at the matinee. The plot revolves around a band of cowboys on a Lour of Europe. Their adventures on the way over on one of the big trans-Atlantic liners are extremely funny, and their part in tho capture of | the notorious bandit,' Bozarri, is one of tile biggest thrills in the history of j Western pictures. The action is swift, sure and logical, and all of the situations are real; so real m fact that one forgets it is only a picture and. feel with the actors as they ride and fight.
