BIG COPPER COMBINE
NEW COMPANY FORMED ; /;■/.'' ' NEW YORK, Oct. 22. American copper producers have combined with Government approval for co-operative action in establishing tile price of domestic copper in foreign markets. A .new company, "The Copper Exporters Incorporat cd," has been formed, unhiding all the leading producers in the United Ktatos, representing an enormous aggregate capital. Mr. C. F. Kelly, the president of the Anaconda Copper Co., is at the head of the new organisation. An effort will be mado to sell direct to consumers except where conditions made it desirable to sell to distributors. Foreign associate members of the combine include the British Metals .Corporation, the Rio Tinto Co., the Sputii American profucts . Co;, and leading German, reach, and Belgian interests.'
