GERMANY SEEKS INQUIRY UNSETTLED POLITICS (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) BERLIN. November 26. Dr. Stresemann, through the Moderate Nationalists not voting, weathered two no-confidence motions moved by the Monarchists and Communists. Tho Reichstag then rejected a motion advocating the invalidation of the Dawes agreement and declined to consider motions urging the cancellation of the Locarno pact and the League of Nations membership, but agreed to urge either the League or the Hague Court to consider the question of who was responsible for the war.
