I For 2.4 hours the greater part of England has been enveloped in a. dense fog, which, it is forecasted, will continue tomorrow. Traffic throughout London has been complicated, and tram, train, and bus schedules are -upset. Clares appeared in the most- congestedl parts of London for fhe guidance of drivers. Six collisions, involving two trams and six trams, buses, 'and private vehicles, occurred. Several were injured.
