U.S.A. RADIO PLAN LONDON, Nov. 18. The special representative of the Sim understands that the Radio Corporal ion of America contemplates the erection of a station in the United Stales for ultra-short-wave transmission. Wireless experts are of opinion that the development of the use of ultra-short-waves will probably introduce fresh congestion of the ether, necessitating additional international regulations for the control of wave lengths.
