James Fleming, 2(i, who is believed to be an Australian, appeared at Bov; street Police Court on a charge oi’ stealing clothing and money from the Envoy hotel. It is alleged that Hie property belonged to a vuomboi of the Australian delegation to the Imperial Conference, Fleming was remanded.
