EGG SHELL WILL
COURT REFUSES PROBATE (Australian and N.Z, Cable Association.) (Received November 25, 3 p.m.) LONDON, November 24. The Probate Court 'ruled' against the egg-shell will. It found that the handwriting Was Barnes’, but that it could not. be accepted, as a testamentary disposition. it appeared about as grotesque an act as wais possible! for any man who had engaged in serious .undertakings of life.
