Swimming officials find it difficult to understand the cable message from New Zealand stating that Ihe New Zealand Swimming Council will cancel the invitation to tlie Australian lady swimmers unless the Australian Association confirms the arrangements, as it is stated the swimmers concerned have, already accepted the invitation and the governing body hero has agreed to the arrangements.
