VICTORIAN MINISTRY OPPOSITION SUPPORT (Received Otober 27, 10 a.m.) MELBOURNE, October 26. A meeting of the Liberal and Fanners' Parties held separately decided to give guarantees to support a composite Ministry. Following on this the Ministry decided to remain in office.
