ELECTRICAL STORM
POST OFFICE DAMAGED ,Special to the llerald.l AUCKLAND, this day. A spectacular electrical storm occurred in the far north last night, a large area of the sky being brillionth illuminated by lightning. The'Mangomri Post Office was,struck and the woodwork adjacent to the lighlning guards tool: fire, and was soon Mazing merrily. As the result of prompt action by the postmaster very little damage was done and the work of the telegraph office was not impeded to any great extent.
