ACTION AGAINST COMPANY CHARGES WITHDRAWN (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON., this day. The Odlin ease was again mentioned i-n till l Magistrate’s Court to-day. Mr. Tudhope, counsel for the Taxation Department. after referring to Odlin having been fined £4OO. and also the company, said it- was felt that tin- ends of justice would' be met if the remaining eight charges against C. L. Odlin were withdrawn, as they were in respect to the same acts and transactions as already had been dealt with. The charges were' withdrawn accordingly.
