DEEP-SEA FISHING
FOSTERING THE SPORT (Per Press Association.) WHANGAREI. tiiis day. A public meeting decided to form a club to foster deep-sea fishing, with VVhangarci as the base. A well-known authority declared that lie had seen in one day three mako and two swordfish near the entrance of the harbor. It is generally known that deep-sea fighting fish are plentiful within a measurable distance of the shore.
