KILLING OF CHILDREN 'MOTHER IN ASYLUM (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Foqr charges against Dorothy May Perrin of murdering her four young children at Pc!one were withdrawn in the Magistrate’s Court to-dnv, pending her release from mental hospital.
