The Assembly has read a second time a Bill for creating a rural bank as. a department of the State's Savings Bank. It proposes to make available £5,000. 000 for. advances to farmers, repayable over 35 years, and also fixed loans repayable in live, years. In addition, the bank will be empowered to grant seasonal advances to meet seasonal requirements. wuaseucw
