(By “ Left Half.”) The match: between H.M.S. Dunedin and Poverty. Bay should prove one of the most interesting contests ever played in the Bay. The former team’s strength can be gauged by the fact that this team can extend any first division team in either Auckland l or Wellington. From this standard the writer makes hold to say that) the Bay team will have to he the. .strongest yet, placed in the field. It is noticed that Messrs. .McDonald, Miller and Baker have been selected to pick the team. Each of these men has a. good knowledge of the season’s work, and furthermore know the game from A to Z this season. Several changes will have to he made from tin' team that! met, South Auckland.
