THE FINAL RETURNS - MANY INFORMAL VOTES (Received October 6. noon.) MELBOURNE. Oct. 6. The final returns of the referenda voting show that in the ease of industry and commerce 1,247,088 voted “yes,” and 1.619,655 voted “no.” In the case of essential services 1.195,502 voted “yes,” and 1.597,793 voted “no.” Altogether there were 268.730 informal votes.
