AUCKLAND, this day. “The only time 1 saw any sign of Imd temper,’’ said a witness in an appeal ease al the Supreme Court, “was one time at dinner, 'there was an argument, and the vile threw a cup of hoi tea over her husband. He picked up his nip and said, ‘This is cold, so ii won’t hurt yon.’ He then chased her around Ihe yard.’’ His Honor: A storm in a lea cup, so to speak. (Laughter.)
