A civilian aeroplane crashed in flames at .Bordeaux. Two occupants were burned to death. THE KENT DISASTER EVIDENCE AT INQUEST (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.: (Received Oct. (i, 2 p.m.l LONDON. Oct. 5. The French Air Union’s counsel assured the Coroner at the air smash inquest that every precaution preceded the departure ol: the machine, including an exhaustive examination. The Coroner said that flying was not unduly dangerous. Deaths were diminishing, ami safety devices were increasing. A verdict ot accidental death was returned, there being no evidence to show llie cause ol the fire.
